Donation Requests

We at Crooked Can Brewing Co. believe in giving back to the community that has helped make us successful. Crooked Can receives donation requests daily and while it is not financially possible to help everyone we will consider donation requests based on the following criteria:

• Must be a 501(c)(3) organization. Proof of 501(c)(3) status and a completed W-9 will be required with your donation request.
• Your organization must be located within our distribution footprint. We currently distribute in the following counties: Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, and Volusia.
• Only requests for “In Kind” donations (ie: beer, gift cards, swag)
• The request must be received 35 days prior to the event/date you need the donation.
• At least 60% of donation value must go to the actual beneficiary of the charity.

Please Fill Out The Information Below For Your Request. Once Received, our Community Outreach Team will review your request and respond with an approval or denial within 14 days.
