The Cellar Worker is responsible for all duties involved in the fermentation and packaging of beer while maintaining good manufacturing practices. The Cellar Worker’s responsibilities include CIP/sanitation of fermentation and brite beer tanks, transferring finished beer, monitoring the fermentation of beer, yeast management, conditioning beer, carbonating beer to the correct level, keg washing and packaging(kegging). Other duties of the Cellar Worker include cleaning the floors, outsides of tanks, miscellaneous parts, and floor drains. The Cellar Worker should expect to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and up to 10 hours per day, if necessary, depending on the production schedule.View PDF Apply Now
